We’re Back

We’re back!  

We didn’t make a lot of chocolate over the summer, but we got a lot done.  We codified our vision and values.  We produced bonbon favors for welcome bags for the guests of a summer wedding in Woodstock.  We experimented with lots of new ganache flavors and settled on a few winners to add to our bonbon collection.  We made peanut brittle and hand-dipped it in chocolate, and a new product was instantly born.  We started building out our new and separate in-home kitchen and office space.  We scheduled pop-up shops for the fall and holidays.  And we are still in the midst of sourcing new boxes (which is proving challenging given that we will not compromise on the specs or quality), updating our labeling, and considering new sales channels.
