PRODUCT INFORMATION

Your chocolates are handmade-to-order. By the time they arrive, they are at their peak freshness. Because our chocolates are preservative-free, they are best when enjoyed within 14 days of receipt.
For best texture and flavor, please store our chocolates, bonbons, and toffee somewhere dry, dark , and cool – 65 degrees would be ideal.
Yes. Many of our chocolates contain dairy (ie: milk, butter, whey) and/or tree nuts (ie: almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios, coconut). All of our chocolates are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that processes both.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are a small batch artisan company. Our chocolates are made to order and will ship within 10 days. To ensure freshness, we ship our chocolates on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid any orders being held in a shipping facility over the weekend.
We ship all our chocolates via USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments take 2 days to reach their destinations. Estimated delivery dates are not a guarantee. When your order ships, you will receive the tracking number via email. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
We currently use flat-rate shipping fees, and orders being shipped to the west coast have a higher fee.
No. Our chocolates don’t like the summer heat so we do not ship from June 15th through September 15th.
Yes. If you live in the Woodstock, Vermont area, local pickup is available. You will receive an email with instructions where and when your chocolates will be ready for pickup.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
While we love our international friends, we do not ship our chocolates internationally.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final. However, if you have received the wrong item or if there is a problem with our chocolates, please do contact us at your earliest convenience.
